As a law firm specialising in immigration and foreign nationals law, we provide legal advice to foreign nationals who wish to develop innovative business projects in Spain.

We assess each entrepreneur’s individual circumstances and the applicable requirements for obtaining a residence permit, providing support throughout the preparation and processing of their application.

Residence Permits for Entrepreneurs and Their Families

We provide legal advice to foreign nationals who wish to develop innovative business projects of particular economic interest in Spain. This type of residence permit requires a favourable assessment by ENISA and is not automatically available to anyone simply starting a business.

We assess the entrepreneur’s profile, their involvement in the project, the business plan, financing, the innovative nature of the project and its potential economic contribution.

We provide legal advice on preparing the application and coordinating the documentation required by ENISA and the Large Companies and Strategic Groups Unit (UGE), as well as processing residence permit applications, applications for family members and subsequent renewals.

The technical and financial content of the business project must be provided by the client. Any additional specialised services required will be agreed upon separately.

Where a project does not meet the requirements of this residence permit category, we assess the possibility of applying for a residence and work permit for self-employment, depending on the applicant’s circumstances.

Our law firm provides legal advice and representation throughout the residence permit application process for entrepreneurs, from the initial eligibility assessment to the preparation, submission and follow-up of the application, offering personalised assistance tailored to each client’s needs.
